1. General Returns

1.1 Any products wishing to be returned must be returned in the condition they were sent in.

Any products to be returned must not be damaged. We work hard to provide the utmost quality control so that our customers have the best experience hence, All watches dispatched from ZARIX are documented, photographed and checked to ensure working order and are not sent unless in perfect working condition. All metal band watches are sealed in a protective plastic wrap, removing this wrap violates return policy 1.1 and cannot be fulfilled. Before returning you must contact us within 30 days of shipping date and organise return. Zarix will not be responsible for cost of return shipping due to change of mind.

1.2. Wrong/ Missing Products:

ZARIX take full responsibility for any issues incurred in terms of received product whether they be incorrect or missing. In this case we will fix our mistakes and cover the cost of shipping you face.

1.3  Color Errors:

Any watches that are not the same colour as you order you will be entitled to a full refund or we will cover cost of return shipping to replace watch. (please not this does not in any way apply to colour tones that may have been mis represented due to your computer monitor)

 

1.4 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

ZARIX is happy to refund any purchases within 30 days of initial purchase date as long as product still complies with article 1.1 (watches will not be accepted if there is any evidence of being worn.

Returning for replacement and refund

2.1  Damage Issues:

We work hard to provide the utmost quality control so that our customers have the best experience hence, All watches dispatched from ZARIX are documented, photographed and checked to ensure working order and are not sent unless in perfect working condition. All metal band watches are sealed in a protective plastic wrap, removing this wrap violates return policy 1.1 and cannot be fulfilled. How ever we are not flawless and potentially watches may be broken. If not in working order you must contact us immediately within 30 days of original shipping date and we can arrange refund from that point. (note this must be due to manufacturing defect and does not apply to watches that have been damaged by use, shipping ,ect  and must be in condition mentioned in section 1.1. Watches are checked and photographed before being shipped to prevent damage issues.

 

Refunds should be processed by sending a message through the contact page located in the footer of the site and in the info tab. Refunds cannot be arranged without prior contact.
